Shipping & Returns


We ship anywhere within Australia from our Melbourne warehouse. 

We charge a flat rate fee of $14.99, or FREE shipping for orders over $75.00.

Tracking will be sent via email and can also be tracked via the shop app.

We aim to dispatch non painted products within 1 business day and painted products within 2-4 business days... sooner if possible.

We are an online only business. We currently don't offer a Click & Collect service.

A vast majority of our smaller parcels are sent via Australia Post – Express.
Delivery times are approximately:

    • 1-3 days for Metro
    • 2-5 days for regional/rural depending on your location. 

Bulkier and heavier parcels will be sent through a National freight carrier such as TNT/FedEx Express. Delivery times are approximately:

    • 1-4 days for Metro
    • 3-9 days for regional/rural depending on your location.

We understand that most of our customers are keen to get hold of their purchase as soon as possible. We therefore have a policy of choosing freight carriers by historical reliability to your region and also speed/ETA over economy. 

Please be aware that sometimes our customers in WA, NT or Nth QLD may have to wait additional time for deliveries to either Metro or regional due to the sheer physical distance and limited delivery network sadly. We try our very best to keep the ETA as short as possible.

We can also arrange a faster airfreight service to many destinations if you are desperate for your products. Contact us and we can estimate additional costs based on size/weight and your destination.

Since COVID-19, Australia Post are not doing their 'Next Day Guarantee' for Express Post. Sadly this is out of our control.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, completely unused and in its original packaging. We also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any attempt to open packaging and use an incorrect item will be deemed as acceptance by the customer of the item/s being a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to us at their own cost unless a product is found to be faulty or you have been sent the wrong item/s. Any shipping and handling costs and payment fees will be only be refunded if the error is ours.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item via your chosen shipping method.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. It is unlikely that we would accept returns on any customised items, which includes painted fasteners, but please get in touch. There are a few exceptions to this.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
